3D Printed Food - Pasta

Durum wheat semolina and water are mixed and extruded layer by layer in order to obtain new and unconventional shapes for the all-time Italian favourite dough. Thanks to this process, new and customized pasta designs will spark any chef’s creativity and create new food experiences for their guests. Natural food color such as tomato, radish, cherry powder, spirulina algae or squid ink can be added and mixed with the basic recipe ingredients right before the printing process, which results in a colored 3D pasta item.
